Guru Online is an marketing and advertising agency based in Hong Kong, with branches in China. The company had a vision to increase customer satisfaction by adopting UX culture into their business. I accepted the challenge by introducing design-minded culture that puts UX at the forefront of the value proposition, and educating on the value of UX methods throughout the company. 
My Role

As a UX consultant, my responsibilities are
- incorporating UX strategy into client pitch and project
- spreading UX design knowledge throughout the company
- introducing design thinking principles to product development
