Guru Online is an marketing and advertising agency based in Hong Kong, with 4 other branches in China. The company had a vision to increase customer satisfaction by adopting UX culture into their business. I accepted the challenge by introducing design-minded culture that puts UX at the forefront of the value proposition, and educating on the value of UX methods throughout the company. I helped developing client pitch and projects with user-centred design approach, making sure not only the functional specs are met, but also emotionally compelling and aesthetically pleasing. Apart from my main tasks, I was also engaged in creating interactive mobile advertisements for DBS Bank, embedding local culture into design solutions.
